Life Of Alexander The Great #26 – The Siege of Gaza

Alexander heads towards Egypt, stopping first at Gaza where the satrap Batis refuses to submit, forcing the Macedonians to spend several months laying siege. Even an arrow in the shoulder doesn’t stop Alexander – but he takes horrible revenge against Batis, before heading to Egypt where is declared both SON OF GOD and GOD ON EARTH!
